OurFamily3.com & MyFriends3.com: Stay Connected Through Communities You Choose
Digitally created sample invitation for community coordinators and participating organizations. The left side presents family and friendship roles; the right side retains our organizational onboarding format. This is not a completed application, proof of delivery, invitation to reveal private family information, or confirmation of membership.
Families and friendships are built on relationships, shared interests, and choices about whom to stay connected with. A community experience should make those choices clear rather than assume every contact belongs in a public feed.
OurFamily3.com and MyFriends3.com are distinct community identities within the FanCOMM2™ vision. FANSIAL® Commerce Alliance can connect relevant organizers and community partners with the participation path appropriate to their role.
Two Community Identities
- OurFamily3.com — Family communities: A theme for family coordinators, reunions, shared activities, and voluntary communication within an appropriate group.
- MyFriends3.com — Friendship and interest circles: A theme for people and coordinators exploring shared interests, activities, and continuing friendships through chosen communities.
These descriptions are intended use cases. Available group controls, messaging, invitations, and other features depend on deployment and the relevant plan. The names do not imply that private family records or contact lists are already hosted or protected by a particular technical feature.
Begin With the Right Participation Path
A family member joining a personal community has a different role from a business sponsoring an activity or an organization coordinating events.
Individual participants should review the available personal or Fan plan. Businesses and eligible organizations can explore RoleCensus Sponsor and FANSIAL® Commerce Alliance membership. This sample business postcard does not mean every family or friendship group must buy sponsorship.
Let People Choose Their Connections
Invite people voluntarily and explain the purpose of the group. Do not treat a relationship, an address book, or membership in another community as automatic permission to add someone to unrelated communications.
Before sharing photographs, stories, contact details, or event information, consider who has agreed to share it and who should be able to view it. Do not put private addresses, sensitive records, or children’s identifying information in public profiles.
Make Shared Activities Easier to Understand
A coordinator can explain who an activity is for, where it happens, how to express interest, and whom to contact. Confirm responsibilities, costs where applicable, and any event arrangements separately.
Community participation does not guarantee attendance, introductions, friendship, sponsorship, or other outcomes. A profile or general inquiry does not by itself confirm a place at an activity.
Community Partners With Clear Boundaries
Participating venues, service providers, organizers, and local businesses can explore appropriate support for community activities. Administrators decide which opportunities fit their groups, and members decide whether to engage.
A community’s private contact information should not automatically become a sponsor mailing list. Any commercial offers should be recognizable as such and subject to the relevant business’s terms.
Your Chamber of Fan–Community–Commerce
For eligible organizations, RoleCensus Sponsor begins a FANSIAL® Commerce Alliance membership application. Benefits depend on role, plan, enabled services, and local participation.
Our goal is affordable basic organizational participation with guidance from our Marketing team and programs shaped around each city. Personal relationships remain voluntary; organizational membership does not replace that choice.

Complete an Organizational Invitation
Community coordinators applying on behalf of an eligible organization can enter the organization, authorized contact, role, city, ZIP code, and appropriate organizational address through RoleCensus.
Address Verification is a must for the organizational membership path. Return the completed postcard sent to the organization’s location. Payment alone does not complete onboarding or activate all secure organizational membership features. Address verification does not establish family relationships or verify everyone in a friendship group.
Individuals should follow the requirements of their selected personal participation plan and avoid publishing a private home address through the sample card.
