AlumniTimes.com: Reconnect Your Alumni Community Through Roles, Relationships & Local Alliances
Digitally created sample invitation for alumni associations and community organizations. The left side presents alumni participation roles; the right side retains our business onboarding format. This is not a completed application, proof of delivery, institutional endorsement, or confirmation of membership.
Alumni relationships can extend beyond a reunion announcement or a group feed. Graduates become professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, employers, organizers, and community participants—with different interests and ways to contribute.
AlumniTimes.com is an alumni ecosystem identity within the FanCOMM2™ vision. Through RoleCensus and FANSIAL® Commerce Alliance, associations and chapter coordinators can explore an organized presence connected to their institution, city, and community roles.
Who Can Participate?
- Alumni associations: Introduce your organization, authorized contacts, activities, and participation pathways.
- School and university alumni chapters: Explain your chapter’s location, institutional relationship, and how members can connect.
- Reunion and event organizers: Present upcoming activities, eligibility, registration details, and approved sponsor opportunities.
- Mentors and career coordinators: Introduce relevant programs and how alumni can express interest in participating.
- Alumni entrepreneurs and professionals: Explain your business or professional role and explore appropriate community connections.
- Community partners and sponsors: Explore eligible support, educational activities, and partnerships with participating organizers.
These are potential participation roles. Features depend on deployment, the selected plan, onboarding, and local participation. A chapter or member listing does not imply endorsement by a school or university.
Give Your Association a Consistent Destination
A digitalFrontDoor™ can provide a lasting place for your association’s identity, contact information, activities, announcements, and approved resources.
Share that destination through your existing website, newsletters, social channels, reunion materials, and member conversations. Keep it current so people understand who coordinates the organization and how to participate.
Organize Around Roles and Places
An alumnus seeking a mentor has different needs from someone planning a reunion or introducing a business. A local chapter may also need a different conversation from a national association.
Role-based discovery aims to make those differences clearer. Use accurate institution and chapter descriptions and publish only affiliation claims you are authorized to make.
Let Members Choose Their Connections
Eligible plans may support private Fan communities and permission-based LatterBox™ communications. Members decide whether to join particular communities and receive relevant updates.
An association’s contact list should not automatically become a sponsor mailing list. Respect existing membership preferences, permissions, and organizational policies. Do not publish private alumni records or personal contact details without authorization.
Mentorship and Career Conversations
Participating coordinators can explore ways for mentors, employers, entrepreneurs, and interested alumni to connect. Describe program expectations, eligibility, availability, and contact processes clearly.
A community presence does not guarantee a mentor match, employment, funding, admission, or professional outcomes. Each program requires its own coordination and operating arrangements.
Events, Sponsorships and Local Collaboration
Reunions, talks, workshops, and professional gatherings can create opportunities for relevant introductions and eligible sponsorships. Organizers determine what fits their audience and how sponsors may participate.
FANSIAL’s city-based alliance approach can also connect participating alumni organizations with local businesses and community partners. Availability, costs, responsibilities, and institutional permissions must be agreed for each activity.
Your Chamber of Fan–Community–Commerce
Associations and participating businesses can explore the membership path appropriate to their role. RoleCensus Sponsor begins an organization’s FANSIAL® Commerce Alliance membership application; individual Fan participation follows its own available plan.
Our goal is affordable basic participation with guidance from our Marketing team and programs shaped around each city. Benefits depend on the chosen plan, eligibility, enabled services, and local participation.
