Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Fansial, Oasis Hubs, Role Census, sponsor subscriptions, member participation, profiles, posts, listings, LatterBox messages, referral programs, and related 4FANZ services.

Participation

Members, fans, sponsors, businesses, agents, and administrators agree to provide accurate information, keep profile and billing details current, and use each hub only for lawful, relevant, and approved activity.

Subscriptions and Sponsorships

Paid, complimentary, and admin-approved subscriptions may be reviewed, upgraded, downgraded, cancelled, refunded, or reassigned according to the applicable hub rules, payment record, admin decision, and platform policy.

Content and Conduct

Users are responsible for the content, listings, referral cards, media, links, claims, offers, and messages they submit. Fansial may moderate, reject, remove, or restrict content that is inaccurate, unsafe, misleading, infringing, abusive, spammy, or outside the hub context.

Canonical Terms

The Internet of Roles canonical terms remain available at https://fansial.4fanz.com/terms. If a more specific written agreement applies to a subscription, sponsor program, referral commission, or partner contract, that agreement may control for that specific activity.
