If an attorney has practiced for more than one year, the application should identify at least a few recent, verifiable favorable results. The relevant evidence will vary by practice area and may include appropriately documented verdicts, judgments, dismissals, negotiated resolutions, appeals, settlements, administrative outcomes or other material results in which the applicant played a meaningful legal role.

For an attorney who has only recently begun practicing, the prior-results requirement may be waived. Every applicant must still satisfy identity, licensing, bar-status, disciplinary, professional-role and platform-policy review.

Any claimed result must accurately describe the attorney's role and the outcome, respect confidentiality and client consent, comply with court restrictions and applicable attorney-advertising rules, and avoid implying that past results guarantee future outcomes.
