Structured participation

Find the right Oasis Hub

Start with what you want to do, then narrow the catalog by service, letter, domain, or role. First time ever: get a city-focused profile and create up to three additional AlumniTimes profiles—then participate in complementary Hospitality Hubs as a member. Apply to promote participating businesses through Refer & Earn. Social media mostly gives people likes; Fansial Oasis gives approved referrers an opportunity to earn declared referral rewards for qualified results.
? What is an Oasis, why do we call it Oasis, and what are Hubs?

Dictionary meaning: an oasis is a fertile or refreshing place in a desert where water is found; figuratively, it is a peaceful, useful, or welcome place surrounded by difficult or less helpful conditions.

We call the system Fansial Oasis because each Hub is intended to be a focused, useful digital gathering place within the vast “ocean” of the internet. Instead of placing everyone in one algorithm-controlled feed, an Oasis Hub organizes people around a common city, purpose, service, profession, or interest.

Hubs connect complementary roles—such as alumni, job seekers, employers, sponsors, Talent Groups, customers, fans, and service providers—without treating public follower counts as proof of identity, relevance, or a real working relationship.

? Benefits of Paid Sponsorship
  1. Create your sponsor presence, products, and services once instead of depending on repetitive daily social-media posting.
  2. An average-sized city may contain roughly 3,000–5,000 businesses across many categories. City-focused profiles help residents, customers, complementary businesses, and supporters discover the relevant participants as their local Oasis Hubs grow.
  3. In legacy, giant oceanic systems, even followers you worked to earn may never see a post because an algorithm decides what enters each feed. Fansial Oasis does not use a feed-ranking algorithm to suppress a sponsor’s structural presence. It organizes discovery by declared city, hub, role, and context.
  4. In legacy follower systems, businesses generally cannot turn followers into an accountable, terms-based commission network. Eligible Oasis sponsors can publish commission cards that state the offer, eligibility, reward, validity period, and applicable terms, then recruit approved fans and Talent Groups to promote products, services, offers, and sponsored events through contextual cards and dispatchASAP workflows. Your recruited commission fans and referrer relationships remain private to the authorized participants, helping prevent competitors from copying your referral network or targeting the people who support your business. As more approved fans and Talent Groups actively participate across relevant Hubs and events, the sponsor’s relationship network and contextual visibility can compound—and may produce exponential growth when each participant recruits or reaches additional qualified people.
  5. If you want to sponsor local talent events, you can designate an authorized sponsorship coordinator and enable Talent Event Sponsorship on your public profile. Eligible organizers and Talent Groups can then send structured sponsorship requests to the responsible person. Digital discovery is useful, but meeting real people and building trusted local relationships remains one of the strongest reasons to participate in a city-focused Hub.
  6. Paid sponsorship includes a structured customer-review system for delivery, product or service quality, and customer support. Depending on the sponsor tier, a business can save and manage up to 100 showcase products, services, or solutions, with separate active-item limits for each tier. Commerce listings can include a defined return policy, tax and shipping requirements, physical fulfillment, and authorized digital products delivered through a controlled digital-delivery workflow. Commerce is powered by the dispatchASAP ordering system, where a shared contextual order card supports two-way buyer-and-seller communication and displays acknowledgement, promised time, assignment, pickup, delivery, return, and escalation status. Each business can use its actual fulfillment experience to continuously improve its promised ASAP time and order-execution process.

The choice is yours: continue floating in the giant oceans of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, or establish a durable sponsor presence in the smaller, focused ponds where your city, customers, collaborators, and opportunities belong.

Your Oasis profile, approved products, services, and contextual cards do not expire merely because a feed moved on to newer posts. They remain part of your structural presence for the applicable subscription or validity period and can be mapped to your real-world shop, store, office, service area, or business location.

Social media was never designed as a complete commerce system. Its giant oceanic model placed unrelated people, roles, interests, and businesses into the same algorithmic environment. Fansial Oasis is more like a connected collection of focused ponds in each city—organized by interest, category, place, and complementary role. Your contextual card becomes the digital equivalent of the signboard outside your real-world shop, store, or office: a durable local presence that relevant people can discover as participation in the city’s Hubs grows. Joining earlier gives you more time to establish relationships, recruit approved fans, and sponsor local events; waiting may allow competitors to build those local relationships first. Visibility and business results still depend on active participation, a useful offer, and the growth of the relevant Hubs.
